We woke up Christmas morning to a thunderstorm, and by midday, the rain turned to snow.
So, we mustered up the "inner Iowa" in each of us, and heading out in the middle of the storm to go sledding on the hill at Adriatica.
It was COLD! And I mean COLD!
A few other crazies decided to join us.

Jack snuggled up with Bug to keep her warm when she was waiting her turn to go down the hill.
The wind was brutal so we didn't stay out too long. We just went down the hill a few times, then we headed home for some Starbuckles hot cocoa (coffee mixed with cocoa and topped with whipped cream and chocolate syrup).
