Lily's Art Show

Lily was thrilled to have her art project selected for display in the McKinney Independent School District Elementary art show. Tonight, we had the opportunity to "oooooh" and "aaaaaaah" at the work of some of McKinney's young artists.


The look on Lily's face was priceless when she saw her sculpture on display.



Who knew paper machee' could look so tasty?



We are so thankful for Mrs. Appleby. She is one very inspiring teacher and our children are blessed by her love for art and kids.

It was a wonderful evening and we loved watching our little artiste feel so accomplished. She told me, "Mommy. It's my very first ribbon. I've NEVER gottena ribbon or a trophy before." Congratulations Lilybelle. We are so proud of you.
